- Expert level discussion about all the economic issues from an Islam perspective in the sections of ownership by acquisition, ownership by hunting, revival of barren lands, usurping of tools of work, hiring of workers, farming and planting in a usurped land or with usurped seeds, chicken farming with usurped eggs, a worker who considers himself possessor of rights, muzāra‘ah (it is an agreement between the owner of land and the farmer, according to which the farmer cultivates the land and the produce is divided between the parties in an agreed upon ratio), musāqāt (it is a contract in which a person agrees with someone that for a specified time, the fruit-bearing trees owned by him, or those which are under his discretion, will be given to that person so that he cares, tends and waters them and in return, that person will have the right to take an agreed upon quantity of fruits), muḍārabah (a partnership where one partner invests and the other works with the investment and they share profit and loss in an agreed upon ratio), usury, ju‘ālah (a contract between two parties that gives specified compensation as a reward to the performer of a specific task), partnership, etc.
